| Eligibility Criteria | Inclusion Criteria: aged 18 years or older, providing care for a patient receiving routine hemodialysis twice weekly, actively providing care for more than three consecutive months, ability to communicate effectively, adequate hearing ability, caregiving for a patients with a hemodialysis history of 3 monthsExclusion Criteria: had moderate to severe cognitive impairment, were caring for patients with deteriorating conditions such as stroke, severe dyspnea, or other life threatening illnesses, had experienced the loss of a close family member during the study period, submitted incomplete questionnaires, failed to comply with the intervention protocol |
