| Eligibility Criteria | Inclusion Criteria: Women aged 30-65 years old undergoing mastectomy surgery, ASA physical status 1 to 3Exclusion Criteria: Contraindication of opioid, contraindication of dexmedetomidine, contraindication of non-steroid anti inflammatory drugs, local site infection, chronic use of pain medication, presenting coagulopathy |
