| Eligibility Criteria | Inclusion Criteria: (1) One of the primary caregivers of the PwD who is >60 years old; (2) Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) ≥12; (3) Ascertain Dementia 8 (AD8) Score ≥ 2Exclusion Criteria: Individuals who refused to participate in the whole intervention session |
