The Primary Outcome was the outcome used in sample size calculations. According to G Power Software version 3.1.9.7, the study by Mobarakadi et al, 2021, effect of p6 acupressure for nausea score, mean (Sd) intervention group= 6.24(4.1), mean (Sd) control group= 9.23(3.7), the sample size is 24 participants per group, with alpha error= 0.05, power 0.80, allocation= 1.

INTERVENTION TO OVERCOME NAUSEA AND VOMITING DURING EARLY PREGNANCY WITH DUAL METHOD P6 ACUPRESSURE : A MIX METHOD STUDY
Interventional
The intervention group (pregnant women with NVP + dual P6 acupressure P6 and the control group (pregnant women with NVP) were in different study locations. In this design, the intervention group underwent P6 acupressure on both arms, one arm had used manual massage and another arm had used acupressure band. On the other hand, the comparison group experiences NVP without the dual P6 acupressure and without pharmacological intervention

Inclusion Criteria:

Pregnant women with nausea and vomiting, Consented to participate in this study, Had obtained a PUQE score of more than 6 to 15 (mild to severe category NVP), Period of gestation of 6 weeks during the time of study recruitment, Age > 17 years old, Singleton pregnancy

Exclusion Criteria:

Mothers who had skin problems on the arms such as wounds, eczema, infections, Mother with a physical disability, Mother with acupressure history usage, Mother who was already consuming medication for nausea and vomiting.
