Inclusion Criteria:

male or female aged 18 to 50 years, normal IMT (18.5-22.9 kg/m2), no food allergy or intolerance, not consuming other medications, contraceptions, and supplements that may affect glucose tolerenace, no history of diabetes mellitus or family, not undergoing stomach problems, no alcohol consumption, not smoking, willing to join study

Exclusion Criteria:

fear towards needles, have history of diabetes, post-operation with intensive care within 3 months prior to screening, using steroid, protease inhibitor or antipsychotics, positive for COVID-19
