| Eligibility Criteria | Inclusion Criteria: Patients undergo major surgery under general anesthesia, complete preoperative and postoperative data, including creatinine levels, RRI values, IL-8, and urine output, and signed informed consent.Exclusion Criteria: Patients with a history of chronic kidney disease before surgery, patients with severe uncontrolled hypertension, patients with increased preoperative intra-abdominal pressure, pregnancy, and incomplete patient data or loss of follow-up.
