Physical activity assessment using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) - Short Form (Indonesian version); and Physical fitness assessment, including: Body composition (measured using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis/BIA); Hand muscle strength (measured using a Handgrip Dynamometer); Lower extremity endurance (assessed through the 30-Second Sit-to-Stand Test); and Flexibility (assessed using the Chair Sit-and-Reach Test).

This study in the intervention group, in the form of VR Exergame-based aerobic exercise was carried out with Frequency = 3 days / week; Intensity [Heart Rate Reserved = 40%-60% and RPE scale 12-13]. Inclusion Criteria:

The inclusion criteria for this study consist of participants who are willing to take part in the research and are over 60 years old. Additionally, they must have the ability to watch television from a distance of two meters, either with or without glasses, with a visual acuity ranging from 20/20 to 20/80. To ensure the absence of significant cognitive impairment, participants must also have a Montreal Cognitive Assessment - Indonesian version (MOCA-Ina) score between 26 and 30.

Exclusion Criteria:

The exclusion criteria include individuals with certain health conditions that may affect their participation in this study. Participants with a history of congestive heart failure or uncontrolled hypertension will be excluded. Additionally, those who have experienced fractures or undergone surgery in the past six months, as well as those on the waiting list for orthopedic surgery, will not be included in the study. A history of myocardial infarction or stroke within the past six months is also a reason for exclusion. Other exclusion criteria include individuals who are dependent on a wheelchair, those with severe hearing and vision impairments, and those with neuromusculoskeletal disorders that interfere with the ability to perform exercises, particularly if accompanied by pain with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score > 4.
