Eligibility Criteria | Inclusion Criteria: • Being able to read, understand and agree with the terms of the research • Children at the age of 10-12 • Having no history of allergies to the components of probiotic drinks or placebo • Being physically and spiritually healthy • Being able to consume probiotic powder, and getting used to it • Settling in Lombok • Body Mass Index (BMI) below normalExclusion Criteria: • Being unable to avoid the consumption of probiotics and prebiotics other than research products • Having gastrointestinal problems • Having a history of gastrointestinal surgery • Dependence on certain antibiotics • Consuming alcohol and or narcotics |
