Inclusion Criteria:

Inclusion criteria include patients diagnosed with breast cancer who are undergoing or have undergone chemotherapy, with complete clinical and treatment data available in the medical records according to the study variables, and who are willing to provide informed consent and participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria:

Patients with a history of other malignancies, unless disease-free for at least 5 years as documented in the medical record, presence of comorbid medical conditions that may influence chemotherapy outcomes, such as autoimmune disease or active infection, and current use of high-dose vitamin D supplementation.
