| Outcome Primer | The primary outcome is the change in viable Enterobacteriaceae load, expressed as log₁₀ CFU/mL, from baseline to post-rinse. Saliva samples will be serially diluted, cultured on nutrient agar, and colonies enumerated as CFU/mL. Representative colonies will be identified using API 20E biochemical profiling to confirm Enterobacteriaceae species. |

| Eligibility Criteria | Inclusion Criteria: a healthy male or female (>18 years old), given written informed consent to participate, good oral hygiene index OHI-S score, do not wearing orthodontic appliance, no history of smoking, do not taking oral medications.Exclusion Criteria: Poor oral hygiene index, have any disease that should taking oral medications. |
