Probiotic powder "ProbioGama" with probiotics Lactobacillus plantarum Dad-13 with viability 10^9 CFU/gram. 40 Subject divided into 2 groups : - Probiotic Group : Consume Probiotic Powder ProbioGama 1 sachet/ Day (1 sachet = 1 gram) - Plasebo group : consume skim milk powder 1 sachet (1 sachet = 1 gram)

Inclusion Criteria:

• Being able to read, understand and agree with the terms of the research • Children at the age of 10-12 • Having no history of allergies to the components of probiotic drinks or placebo • Being physically and spiritually healthy • Being able to consume probiotic powder, and getting used to it • Settling in Lombok • Body Mass Index (BMI) below normal

Exclusion Criteria:

• Being unable to avoid the consumption of probiotics and prebiotics other than research products • Having gastrointestinal problems • Having a history of gastrointestinal surgery • Dependence on certain antibiotics • Consuming alcohol and or narcotics
